Phones ringing out. New patients waiting. Empty appointments. No reviews. No marketing.

Your front desk isn't behind. It's buried.

Your practitioners are booked out, but someone at the counter is still meant to be the receptionist, the new patient coordinator, the scheduler, the reviews team and the marketer. That's five jobs on top of looking after the patients in front of them, and they need a reliable Krew beside them, not another system to learn.

Calls to dental practices that go unanswered
30 to 38%

in business hours, and many of them are new patients. Not from poor care. From a front desk that can't be in two places at once.

Dental Economics, industry benchmark ↗
It's not just the phone

Every part of the practice
carries the same gap.

Getting the patient, booking them in, running the day, keeping the book full, bringing them back, being found, looking after the team and protecting their privacy. One front desk can't hold all of that. A reliable Krew can.

Getting the patient

Calls ring out

The morning rush, lunch and after hours: the calls that ring out rarely ring back.

Booking them in

Enquiries wait

A new patient fills in your website form at 9pm and hears back tomorrow, after they've booked elsewhere.

Running the day

Paperwork at the counter

Intake forms, Medicare and health fund details and reschedules are done by hand between patients.

Keeping the book full

Gaps nobody fills

Cancellations and no-shows leave empty appointments that a short-notice list could have filled.

Bringing them back

Recalls slide

Recalls and care plan follow-ups are the first thing dropped on a busy day.

Being found

Nobody asked

Great care, a quiet Google profile, because nobody asked the patient for a review.

The team

One person, five jobs

Your front desk is the bottleneck, and the practice feels it every time someone is away.

Privacy

Too much at stake

Every message holds patient information, so every shortcut is a privacy risk.

Phase 1 · The Core Five

The front-office jobs, handled.

Five jobs your front desk was never meant to carry alone, done by a Krew that works beside your team and never calls in sick.

01

Front Desk

25 to 30% of calls to health practices go unanswered in business hours

Answers every call in your practice's name: the morning rush, lunch and after hours. Books, reschedules and cancels with the right practitioner and appointment length, and passes every clinical question to your team.

"The patient you miss at 8am books with the practice that picked up."

02

New Patient Intake

48% of people say not reaching a person puts them off

Replies to every new patient enquiry and referral in about a minute, day or night. Sends the intake forms, collects Medicare and health fund details, and follows up anyone who didn't book.

"First to reply is usually first to book."

03

Schedule & Recall

Mean no-show rate across 10 clinics: 18.8%

Sends reminders and confirmations, fills cancellations from a short-notice list, and recalls patients who are due, so the book stays full without your team on the phone all afternoon.

"An empty appointment costs the same whether you fill it or not."

04

Reviews Manager

84% of patients check reviews before choosing a provider

Asks for a review about the service after each visit, with a one-tap link. Replies never confirm someone is a patient and never mention their care.

"Happy patients rarely leave a review unless someone asks."

05

Marketer

Practice news and patient education, approved by you

Writes posts and emails your patients actually want: practice news, team updates and patient education. Nothing goes out without your approval, and no patient photos or stories without written consent.

"Being seen by the right patients, without anyone at the counter writing a caption."

+

Your morning brief

The glue: one message pulling calls, new patients, gaps, recalls and reviews into a single view

Every morning your practice manager gets one message: what came in overnight, what's booked, what needs a person, and what's already handled.

"Five minutes with a coffee, and you know exactly where the day stands."

60

The 60 in KREW60

speed is the standard, not just on the phone

Not five separate systems. One Krew, built to this standard, every time.

60

It's not just the phone. Every response (a call, an enquiry, a message) handled in about 60 seconds. Every block of work (a week of reminders, a recall list, the reviews) built to fit inside 60 minutes. That's the standard a busy practice needs from its front office.

The part you'll actually hear

It answers on the first ring.
Every time.

No slide deck. On the call, we ring a demo practice live and you listen to it work.

How a call works

  1. Your patient calls your normal number. When the front desk is busy, at lunch or after hours, the call goes to your Front Desk. You keep your number and nothing changes for patients.
  2. It answers in your practice's name, says it's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, and talks naturally, even with interruptions.
  3. It works out what kind of call it is: a new patient, a booking or change, a cancellation, something urgent, a supplier or spam.
  4. It books the right appointment: the right practitioner, appointment type and length, into your practice software.
  5. New patients get their forms by text: intake forms and Medicare and health fund details, before they walk in.
  6. Urgent calls go to your team straight away. In an emergency the caller is told to ring 000. It never gives clinical advice.
  7. After the call, the patient gets a text confirmation and your team gets a short summary.

Built around how your practice works

Your number

Keep your number

Calls come through only when the front desk is busy, at lunch or after hours. Your team still answers when they can.

Urgent calls

Straight to your team

Anything urgent is passed to your team at once. In an emergency the caller is told to ring 000.

Clinical questions

Always to a clinician

It never diagnoses, triages or gives clinical advice. Those questions go to your team, every time.

Your software

Bookings land where you work

Appointments go into the practice software you already use. We confirm how it connects for yours before you sign.

Privacy

Signed before we start

Patient information is protected under a privacy agreement under the Australian Privacy Act, signed before any build begins.

Honest with callers

AI, and on the record

It tells callers they're speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.

Not just the phone

Every job, in one message,
every morning.

Answering the phone is one job on the Krew. Here's what the whole Krew hands your practice once it's all running.

Krew60

Phase 2 and beyond

Phase 1 covers the front office.
Then we grow it with you.

Reminders, recalls and intake are already part of Phase 1. Once the five jobs are running well, we add the next pieces around what your practice needs most, one at a time and scoped with you.

01

Treatment plan follow-up

Keeping patients on track with the care their practitioner recommended, with gentle, approved reminders.

02

Payments & accounts

Friendly reminders for outstanding accounts, so nobody at the counter has to make that call.

03

Referrers

Thank-yous and updates to the practices and practitioners who send patients your way.

04

Team onboarding

New front desk staff up to speed fast, with the practice's rules and scripts in one place.

05

Practice reporting

Calls, bookings, gaps and recalls in real numbers, week by week.

Already set up?

"We already have practice software."

Keep it. It runs your appointments and records. Krew60 works with it and handles everything around it.

Your booking systemYour patient recordsYour phones+ your forms
The phones

Answered on the first ring, every call. Appointments land in your software.

Every follow-up

Enquiries, forms, reminders, cancellations and recalls, done for you instead of just logged.

The reviews

Asked of every patient after their visit, with replies that never mention their care.

One morning brief

Everything that happened, in one message every morning. The one thing your software doesn't give you.

What happens after you download

One call. A few questions.
Then we talk if it's a fit.

Kirsten Maihi, founder of Krew60
"For 25 years I've built the systems that take the grind out of running a business: first as an accountant, then 13 years implementing accounting and payroll software for small businesses. Health practices carry the same load: great clinicians with a full book, held back by the phones, the reminders and the admin. So my team builds you a Krew of AI agents that does the work around the work, starting with your front desk. Done for you, entirely online, with patient privacy built in. Built for established health practices."
