Why I started Krew60.
Health practices have the same problem as every busy business I've worked with, only with more rules: a front desk doing five jobs at once, and patients who go elsewhere when nobody picks up.
Practice owners hear that AI could help, and they also hear it isn't safe for health. Both are fair worries. What was missing was someone who builds it properly from day one: the privacy agreement first, the AI disclosure on every call, and every clinical question handed back to the clinical team.
That's what we build. I'm not a clinician, and the Krew never acts like one. We take the front-office work off your team, safely, so your clinicians can keep their attention on patients.
