Questions

Questions about your practice type.

Do you work with other kinds of practices?

We're focused on dental, medical, chiropractic and physio practices first. If you run another private practice with a busy front desk, ask us on the Front Office Audit and we'll tell you straight if it fits.

Can it handle different appointment lengths?

Yes. Every practitioner and appointment type gets its own length and rules, so a new patient exam and a quick review are each booked correctly.

We're a group with several locations.

That works well. Each location gets its own setup, with one brief for the owner or group manager.

We're a solo practitioner. Is it for us?

Not yet. Krew60 is built for established practices with practitioners booked out and a front desk team. When you get there, we'd love to talk.
